Product Description
AS, also known as SAN resin, is an amorphous thermoplastic copolymer produced by copolymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile monomers. Our AS pellets are clear, natural transparent granules with stable particle size and low impurity content. Compared with ordinary GPPS polystyrene, AS delivers greatly improved chemical resistance, surface hardness, heat resistance and stress-crack resistance while keeping high transparency and brilliant surface gloss.It features high rigidity, good tensile strength, low mold shrinkage and excellent dimensional stability, helping finished parts keep stable shape after injection or extrusion processing. This material shows good tolerance to oil, grease, diluted acids, weak alkalis and alcohol solvents, effectively avoiding stress cracking caused by daily detergents and oily substances.
